With more of us working from home, juggling household chores and childcare...as well as trying to keep active and eat well...it's more important than ever to look after our joints and in particular, our backs.

Making sure we have created a well set up home working station, taking regular breaks, mobilising our backs during the day are all little things that we can do to keep our spine healthy.
