One Fit Mama Leicestershire is a women's only fitness company designed to help and support ladies on their journey to healthier minds and bodies. Specialising in pre and postnatal fitness, Jo runs a range of classes and courses specifically designed to support postnatal recovery, pelvic floor recovery, menopausal health and everything in between. Currently running virtually so you can enjoy your normal class based workouts from home, keeping you fit and mentally well during restrictions.
One Fit Mama
45 Minute circuit based fitness classes for the postnatal period and beyond. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels from 6 weeks (10-12 weeks c section) and can be modified for all postnatal conditions including diastasis recti. A fun, energetic class with different themed circuits every week; think boxing, legs bums and tums, Barre inspired and core conditioning. 5 live classes per week to follow along live or catch up in your own time. Just £20 for a full month of classes.
One Tough Mama
For when you're ready to take your fitness up a notch, 6 Week Bootcamp style classes on Sunday morning. As well as your 60 minute weekly class you get a nutrition plan, mid week challenges / workouts and online support and guidance. A challenging workout but a whole lot of fun.

One Fit Core
6 week rehabilitation course designed to build strength and help repair areas of weakness in the core and pelvic floor. Using pilates and physio based exercises we teach you not only right moves but give you the functional knowledge to ensure strength and connection with your body. Designed with pregnant, postnatal and menopausal women in mind.
